Why own a racehorse with Drawing Away Racing Stable? It's fun, easy and affordable. Drawing Away Stable allows you to know and control the amount that you are interested in or able to invest. With our “no expenses ever" concept there are never any additional expenses, so your investment is known and controlled. The cost of a share in a horse equals the percentage that you purchase plus a one-time administrative fee of 15% of the share(s) purchased. Example: A 5% share of a horse claimed/purchased for $25,000 would cost $1,250 (5% of $25,000) + $187 (15% of $1,250) = $1,437. No additional expenses - ever! Where will the horse(s) that I buy race? Drawing Away Stable is primarily a New York and Florida based operation racing on the NYRA (Belmont, Saratoga, Aqueduct) thoroughbred circuit as well as in South Florida (Gulfstream Park and Gulfstream Park West). However, we will ship horses to tracks such as Laurel, Parx, Monmouth, etc., to win races when/where appropriate. With no monthly expenses and no cash calls ever, you can experience all of the fun and excitement of thoroughbred racing as a horse owner. Your one-time payment will provide paddock access, seats in an owner's box, as well as stable access on the backside at our thoroughbred barns in Saratoga (in the summer) and Aqueduct and Belmont Park (during the Aqueduct and Belmont meets) as well as year round at Gulfstream Park (and Gulfstream Park West) in South Florida.
